We finished out the season today. No deer but CrabClaw killed a nice boar....This hog had good cutter tusks.

Does crabclaw try to do anything with the boars, or do you guys just chunk them? I brought one home one time, but I've chunked the rest. I tried cookin' that ole boar several different ways, after I got past the stink, but none of it turned out good enough to make me wanna try another one...

I’ve killed 3 boars recently, and chunked them all. Sometimes I’ll keep the younger ones if they are not rank. I killed one yesterday that wasn’t too big, and thought maybe it’d be alright to eat. After walking up to it, I learned it smelled worse than the nigger two I had already chunked. So the buzzards and coyotes got it too.

Like Whiskey River we don't eat the boars. We just drag em off for the varmints to eat..... CrabClaw did take this one in though to get a head mount done.
