The goal of the National Shooting Sports Foundation's Gun Vote button below is to remind hunters, shooters and gun owners that to ensure their voice is heard on election day they must be registered to vote then vote and not put their gun rights at greater risk by not voting.

You can go to the NSSF voter education site at http://www.nssf.org/gunvote/ to learn where the candidates stand on hunting, shooting and the Second Amendment.

The problem with all of these organizations that claim to represent the sportsman is that they really don't.

All they really care about is the gun lobby, and they really don't give a rats behind about the entire suite of topics that should affect the sportsman.

I'll take the National Shooting Sports Foundation or the NRA's recommendations over the Serria Club, PETA, Humane Society, AARP, ACORN or the Brady Campaign anytime.

Great strawman built there....those other organizations have exactly what to deal with this discussion?

I'm simply saying, it would be nice if one of these organizations actually cared about sportsmen and all issues that related to being a sportsman, instead of simply being mouthpieces for the gun lobby.

You may be under the impression that the two groups (gun industry and sportsmen) have the same objectives, but you would be wrong.

I respectfuly disagree with your statement. While they may not be an exact match it is real closely allied. I think you should objectively examine the facts. :twocents:
