We decided a few months ago that we wanted to get a side by side so that my wife and I could do some occasional trail riding. The four wheeler was to rough on us as we get towards medicare age :happy0035: We got us a Honda Pioneer 500. It is a two seat model not built for high speed, which we had no interest in, just easy riding. We are not interested in mudding or serious off road stuff. Just low speed woods road riding to enjoy the scenery. My wife has never been to much interested in the woods but she really likes this. To the point she often suggests we load up and go. I have to admit I enjoy it a lot too.

Just a few pictures of some of the places we have been. I have been wanting one of these for some time as the 4 wheeler I had really stirred up the aches and pains. The SXS is much easier on the old body.

I understand. Arthritis and my wife interest pushed it over the top for me. We love the thing. It is just right for the two of us. The wife even likes to drive it and she would not even try the 4 wheeler. Being retired we ain't got tons of money but decided it won't do us any good after we are gone so we spent some of the kids inheritance. :poundfloor:
