Hey everyone, this is my first post here. I grew up hunting and fishing in the central and NE parts of the state and I still do. I love duck, deer, and dove hunting mainly, although I am known to have killed pretty much about everything else. :-P Looking forward to making my way around here...

Go to photobucket and sign up (it's free). Next upload the pics to the photobucket account. Then put your pointer on the pic and it will give you an IMG code. Copy and paste this code into your post here in the forum.

Here's the link to photobucket:

You can also use ImageShack. I like ImageShack cause you don't need an account. It's the same way, upload your picture then use the IMG Code......http://imageshack.us/

Howdy folks :wavy: I'm new to the board but not to fishing, I've been fishing over 50 years. I'm in Little Rock bout 8 years now. I use to live on Galveston Island in Texas and saltwater fished maybe 6 days a week when lucky, maybe 3 days in a bad week. Here in Arkansas I have mostly fished the Arkansas river for cats, looking forward to white bass up against the Murry lock and dam in a few days. been known to run down to Carpenter dam for a few trout once in awhile. Looking forward to learning from ya'll and maybe I can help somebody too. I'll keep you informed of my exploits hehe, glad to be here.

Monday I'm gonna check on the whites, they run up in the little rock pool as far as they can once a year bout now, they stack up under the big dam bridge, I fish it from the North side, Cooks landing park you can goodle map it. Rooster tails and road runners, 1/8 & 1/4 oz, white and brown, I'll let ya'll know if they are there yet...If you go, cast upstream, work down so your lure gets a little deeper, the big uns are a little deeper than the little ones, just a bit downstream of em to. They lazy and like to pickoff the wounded or stunned shad, thats what you want to imitate with your rooster tail. The little ones don't care they will chase anything all over, but the ones you want to catch are lazy, they lay and wait.
Had to edit this in almost forgot...this poor man has no boat ...all my reports are from the bank
