From todays Post Dispatch.

Boy injured in south St. Louis fire that destroys family home, kills cat.

By Nassim Benchaabane St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Im thinking why would this young man kill his cat? I read the article he didn't kill his cat the cat died in the fire :thumb: Maybe that's what happens when Nassim writes a headline and sneaks it by the editor :happy0035:
My attempt at an ethnic joke...im sorry :duck:

I see this all time. Media is not near as accurate as some people think they are. Some people take it for gospel.

A lot of headlines are misleading these days no matter what the subject is. Plus the editorial and factual quality of news articles has really deteriorated in the Internet age. There's also way too many wanna be journalists these days with easy access to gullible John Q Public that takes away from what little good journalism that's left. ... :surp:
