With the passing front all the little critters were very active today especially the squirrels.
I got three here in the back yard and one miss. A good day for me. .177 air rifle

We killed 19 this morning. If we had done a little better shooting, we would've come out with our limit.

What I mean is I get off Monday morning not due back till 11 Wednesday. Take a hammock and cardboard box with a skillet, pot with a lid carrots, potatoes an onion, loaf a bread and some eggs and I'm set for couple days. I got a box I keep ready to go with some spices and dry stuff, just toss in the veggies and trade some shot shells for meat. :happy0035:

My dad always told me fall squirrels are for stewing and spring squirrels are for frying ;-)
